Trade Your Way to the Madrid VIP Weekend Experience

Activity participation and requirements

1. The Road to Madrid Trading Competition ("Campaign") will run from August 21, 12:00pm GMT+2 until August 31 11.59pm GMT+2 ("Campaign Period").

   3. Click the "Join now" button to join the campaign during the Campaign Period and receive a pop-up confirming eligibility.
   4. Reach a cumulative trading volume of 1000+ USD or equivalent via Spot trading
   5. One eligible participant will win an exclusive VIP weekend experience to our OKX Suite in Madrid on Friday September 11(including flight and accommodation from September 10 - September 12)** based on their moment of successful completion of the task. Four other participants will receive exclusive McLaren x OKX merch.
   6. 1. The 50th participant who successfully completes the trading task will receive the VIP Weekend Experience. Participants 10, 20, 80 and 90 will receive the McLaren x OKX merchandise package

5. 1. VIP2 users and above: In the event that prizes are awarded, OKX shall cover the cost for the Experience, flights and accommodation of the VIP Weekend Experience on the respective days for VIP2 users and higher VIP levels. Any additional expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner.
   2. Regular users and VIP1 users: In the event that prizes are awarded, OKX shall cover the cost for the VIP Experience, flights and accommodation of the VIP Weekend Experience on the respective days for VIP2 users and higher VIP levels. Costs for flights, accommodation and any additional expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Note: Rewards are not guaranteed and eligible trades are subject to applicable fees and may also involve spread costs and market losses. You will bear applicable trading costs whether or not you win, and those costs and any losses may exceed the estimated retail value of the prize.

Reward conditions: Refer to the requirements above, and complete the corresponding tasks to stand a chance to get one of the corresponding rewards. Trading volume calculation: Cumulative valid advanced spot trading volume (trading volume generated from derivative trading is excluded) generated during the activity period. Trading volume from using OKX's other benefits, including but not limited to rebate vouchers USDC fee waiver trades, will not be counted for this activity. Each OKX account can only participate in one promotional campaign offered by OKX within the same time frame. If a qualified user enrolls in multiple promotional campaigns, they will only receive the reward from the last campaign that they enrolled in. We recommend that users do not join multiple campaigns during the same period.

5. OKX reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or another cryptocurrency of equivalent value.

7. 1. The VIP Experience will be handed over by an OKX representative on the day of departure from Warsaw airport (September 10, 2026) to the VIP Weekend Experience in Madrid. OKX has the right to postpone or cancel the issuance of some or all rewards at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice to users who are eligible for a reward. Limit one (1) reward per recipient. Sub-accounts will not be eligible to participate or receive any rewards. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of reward, are the sole responsibility of the individual recipient.
   2. 1. The winner will be contacted by email on 1 September 2026 and will have 24 hours from the time the email is sent to provide the personal information required for the mandatory compliance review. If the winner fails to provide the information within that period, they forfeit the reward and the next highest-ranked participant who successfully completed the task will become eligible for the VIP Weekend Experience in Madrid.
      2. The main prize, the VIP Weekend Experience, consists of event access on September 11, accommodation from September 10 - September 12, and return flights to and from Madrid.
      3. Each Madrid event-admission prize has an estimated retail value of approximately$2,750 as at August 12, 2026. The prize is non-cash and no cash alternative is available. Travel and accommodation are included for selected winners (Refer to 3A and 3B), tax and personal expenses are not included or covered.
   3. Merch packages will be distributed to the winners within 14 working days after the end of the campaign period.

User eligibility: This Campaign is open to eligible users who reside in Poland and take part in one of the selected trading communities specified in these Terms at the time of the Campaign Period, have signed up during the Campaign Period, completed KYC using an ID and POA of the selected country and buy their first crypto on OKX.
9. Promoter: This Campaign is solely promoted by OKX. McLaren is not a promoter of this Campaign and has no responsibility for its execution or delivery.
10. Complaints: For any complaints regarding the Campaign, participants may contact OKX Customer Support via the official OKX website or app.
11. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute arising under this Campaign, OKX reserves the right to make the final decision. Disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the European jurisdiction in question. Participants agree to resolve disputes through amicable negotiations or, if necessary, through arbitration as determined by OKX.
