• This limited-time campaign runs from 14 Aug 2026 15:00 SGT to 30 Nov 2026 23:59 SGT.

Campaign Participant Eligibility:

• This campaign is open only to individual users registered with OKX SG Pte. Ltd. who have not yet opted in to be treated as Accredited Investors at the time they enrol in the campaign. Institutional users and users who are already Accredited Investors are not eligible for campaign rewards.

Rewards Eligibility and Distribution:

1. To qualify for the reward, an eligible user must enrol in the campaign by clicking the "Join now" button during the Campaign Period, successfully complete Accredited Investor verification, pass the required knowledge check and review and agree to the terms before the Campaign Period ends.
2. Users who complete Accredited Investor verification before campaign enrolment or after the Campaign Period will not qualify for the reward. Each eligible user may receive the reward once only. All rewards will be distributed in USDG. Eligible users will receive their reward within four hours of completing the task, subject to successful verification and system processing. Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis while the campaign reward pool remains available.
3. Campaign data displayed on the page may not be updated in real time. If your task status has not updated, please wait and refresh the page later.
4. The value of USDG and other digital assets may fluctuate. A reward may not have the same value when it is received or withdrawn.
5. During the Campaign Period, OKX may monitor participant behaviour for cheating, fraud or abnormal activity, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts, using another person's account or information, submitting false identity or verification information, violating these Campaign Terms and Conditions or applicable laws, or using the campaign for illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. OKX reserves the right to disqualify participants and withhold or recover rewards where such activity is identified.
6. OKX reserves the right to verify participant eligibility, disqualify ineligible participants, and amend, suspend or terminate this campaign in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Certain features may not be available in all regions.

During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are found, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the prize.
6. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this campaign without notice.

Where OKX exercises any discretion under these terms, it shall do so in a reasonable manner.
