1. What can I win?
Three winners will each receive one OKX Suite ticket to the Singapore Race Weekend qualifying session on 10 October 2026.

2. How do I enter the lucky draw?
Click "Join now", then complete Accredited Investor verification after joining, by 30 September 2026, 23:59:59 (UTC+8). Each eligible user gets one entry.

3. I joined the campaign before the lucky draw was announced. Am I still eligible?
Yes. All users who joined the Accredited Investor verification campaign are eligible, provided you complete verification after joining and by 30 September 2026. Users who verified before joining are not eligible.

4. When and how is the draw conducted?
The draw is scheduled for 1 October 2026. Winners will be selected randomly.

5. How will I know if I've won?
Winners will be contacted by email and in-app message by 2 October 2026 23:59:59 (UTC+8), and masked winner user IDs will be published on this page. Winners must complete the required prize collection steps by the stated deadline, or the prize may pass to the next eligible reserve.

6. Is anyone excluded?
Users who have already completed Accredited Investor verification before joining the campaign will not be eligible. OKX employees are not eligible to receive a prize. The verification, anti-fraud and disqualification provisions in the campaign terms also apply to the lucky draw.

Campaign Overview

OKX SG Pte. Ltd. (“OKX SG”) is offering eligible individual users a chance to win OKX Suite tickets for the Singapore Race Weekend qualifying session on 10 October 2026.

The Lucky Draw supplements the separate Accredited Investor verification reward campaign. Eligibility for or receipt of the 200 USDG Reward does not affect a valid Lucky Draw entry.

Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

Campaign Period and Eligibility

1. The Lucky Draw runs from 14 August 2026 at 17:00:00 to 30 September 2026 at 23:59:59 (UTC+8), inclusive (“Lucky Draw Period”).
2. The Lucky Draw is open only to individual users who hold an active main account registered with OKX SG and have not completed Accredited Investor verification or opted in when joining.
3. Institutional users, sub-accounts, existing Accredited Investors, OKX Group employees, and anyone directly involved in administering the Lucky Draw cannot participate.
4. Entry into the Draw is free. No purchase, deposit, trade, payment, or receipt of another campaign reward is required.
5. These Lucky Draw Terms supplement the Accredited Investor verification reward campaign terms on this page (“Main Campaign Terms”). In the event of any inconsistencies between the Main Campaign Terms and the Lucky Draw Terms, these Lucky Draw Terms will prevail.
6. To enter, an eligible user must click “Join now,” then successfully complete Accredited Investor verification, pass the knowledge check, accept the applicable terms, and opt in as an Accredited Investor by the end of the Lucky Draw Period.

Entries and Reward Relationship

7. Verification or opt-in completed before clicking “Join now” does not qualify. A pending Accredited Investor verification application at the end of the Lucky Draw Period also does not qualify.
8. Each qualifying participant receives one entry in the Draw. Joining through multiple campaign pages does not provide additional entries.
9. OKX SG’s system records determine whether an entry was completed on time. Campaign-page data may not update in real time.
10. The Lucky Draw and the 200 USDG verification reward (“200 USDG Reward”) are separate and cumulative. Receipt or non-receipt of the 200 USDG Reward, including without limitation because its pool is exhausted, does not affect a valid entry.

Draw and Prizes

11. The draw will take place on 1 October 2026 (“Draw”), at or about 15:00 (UTC+8).
12. OKX SG will randomly select entries through a computerised process from all valid entries. The Draw will be witnessed by an external public accountant appointed by OKX SG at its sole discretion. Every valid entry has an equal chance of selection.
13. The Draw will select three potential winners and reserve winners in ranked order. Each participant may receive only one Prize. A potential winner becomes a confirmed winner after OKX SG verifies eligibility and receives timely acceptance.
14. Each confirmed winner receives one single-person admission ticket to the OKX Suite at Xava Skybar, National Gallery Singapore, on 10 October 2026 (“Prize”). The Prize has an estimated retail value of S$2,200 and does not include admission to ticketed areas of the Marina Bay Street Circuit.
15. Each Prize is one admission ticket, not exclusive use of a suite or admission for a guest. The Prize is strictly not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind, in full or in part, and is not replaceable if lost, damaged or stolen.
16. The Prize excludes travel, accommodation, transport, insurance, and other expenses unless stated otherwise. The winner bears all applicable taxes and additional costs.
17. Use of the Prize is subject to the ticket issuer’s, event organiser’s, and venue operator’s terms, including identification, age, security, and admission requirements. OKX SG is not responsible for admission refused because a winner fails to meet those requirements.
18. If the event, session, venue, or Prize becomes unavailable, cancelled, or materially changed for reasons outside OKX SG’s reasonable control, OKX SG may change fulfilment arrangements or substitute a reasonably comparable prize. If no reasonable substitute is available, OKX SG may withdraw the affected Prize where permitted by law. OKX SG will notify affected winners of any material change.

Winner Notification and Results

19. OKX SG will notify each potential winner by email at their registered email address by 2 October 2026 at 23:59:59 (UTC+8).
20. Each potential winner must accept the Prize and complete the required steps after notification within the stipulated time. Otherwise, OKX SG may offer the Prize to the next ranked reserve winner.
21. If no reserve winner accepts the Prize by 9 October 2026 at 12:00:00 (UTC+8), the Prize will be forfeited and will not be awarded.
22. OKX SG will notify the winners by email and publish their masked user identifiers on the campaign page.
23. OKX SG may process participant information to administer the Draw, verify eligibility, contact winners, deliver Prizes, and publish masked results under its Privacy Notice.
24. The winners of the Prize consents to OKX SG disclosing and/or publishing his or her name, particulars, picture or photographs in any manner which OKX SG may deem fit for publicity purposes. The winners shall cooperate with and participate in such publicity activities organized by OKX SG in conjunction with the Lucky Draw without any compensation whatsoever and in such manner as OKX SG may deem fit. The failure by the winners to comply with this Clause shall result in his or her disqualification as a winner to receive the Prize.
25. The winner’s eligibility to receive the Prize under the Lucky Draw is subject to verification and, in the event that he or she is determined by OKX SG to be ineligible to receive the Prize, OKX SG shall have the right to disqualify that winner without notice.

General Terms

26. The Main Campaign Terms concerning verification, anti-fraud controls, technical errors, taxes, disqualification, and amendments apply to the Lucky Draw. OKX SG may request information reasonably required to verify eligibility.
27. OKX SG may amend, suspend, or cancel the Lucky Draw where reasonably necessary and permitted by law. It will publish notice of any material change. Subject to applicable law, OKX SG will determine entry validity, participant eligibility, winner verification, acceptance, and Prize allocation using its system records. OKX SG will exercise its discretion reasonably. Its decisions are final for campaign administration, without limiting any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
28. For the avoidance of doubt, your OKX account must be in good standing at all times as determined by OKX SG in its absolute discretion. In the event that your OKX account is delinquent, voluntarily or involuntarily suspended, restricted, frozen, cancelled, closed or terminated for any reason whatsoever before you receive the Prize, the Prize shall be forfeited and you shall not be entitled to any compensation or payment whatsoever.
