  1. The SUBE x OKX Trading Competition ("Campaign") will run from August 28, 2026, 3:00pm GMT+2 until September 4, 2026, 11:59pm GMT+2 ("Campaign Period").
  2. How to participate:
    1. Only participants that signed up via Sube's channelID (28228207) are eligible to participate
    2. You need to have a verified OKX account
    3. Click the "Join now" button to join the Campaign during the Campaign Period and receive a pop-up confirming eligibility.
    4. Trade at least 100 USD or equivalent to become eligible.
    5. Complete qualifying trades during the Campaign Period. Spot trades, including those placed using trading bots, count as eligible trades. Derivative trades do not count as eligible trades for this Campaign.
    6. Be ranked within the top ten (10) eligible participants based on total qualifying trading volume at the end of the Campaign Period to win prizes
    7. The participant ranked first by total qualifying trading volume will receive one (1) PlayStation 5. The nine (9) remaining ranked participants will each receive exclusive OKX merchandise.
  4. User eligibility: This Campaign is open to eligible users who reside in POLAND, signed up via Sube’s channelID and completed KYC using an ID and POA of Poland.
  5. Note: Rewards are not guaranteed, and eligible trades are subject to applicable fees and may also involve spread costs and market losses. You will bear applicable trading costs whether or not you win, and those costs and any losses may exceed the estimated retail value of the prize.
  6. Reward conditions: Refer to the requirements above and complete the corresponding tasks to stand a chance to receive one of the corresponding rewards. Trading volume calculation: Cumulative valid spot trading volume generated during the Campaign Period. Trading volume generated from derivative trading is excluded. Trading volume generated using OKX's other benefits, including but not limited to rebate vouchers and USDC fee waiver trades, will not be counted for this Campaign. Each OKX account can only participate in one promotional campaign offered by OKX within the same time frame. If a qualified user enrolls in multiple promotional campaigns, they will only receive the reward from the last campaign that they enrolled in. We recommend that users do not join multiple campaigns during the same period. OKX reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or another cryptocurrency of equivalent value.
  7. Reward distribution:
    1. Rewards will be distributed within fourteen (14) working days after the end of the Campaign Period. Winners will be contacted using the contact details associated with their OKX account and must provide a valid delivery address within the eligible jurisdiction. OKX has the right to postpone or cancel the issuance of some or all rewards at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice to users who are eligible for a reward.
    2. Limit one (1) reward per recipient. Sub-accounts will not be eligible to participate or receive any rewards. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward, are the sole responsibility of the individual recipient.
    3. The PlayStation 5 prize has an estimated retail value of approximately $599 as at 25 August 2026. The prize is non-cash and no cash alternative is available. OKX reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
    4. OKX will ship rewards only to jurisdictions serviced by its shipping carriers. OKX retains the right to decline, at its sole discretion, to ship rewards where shipping is impractical. OKX is not responsible for and will not replace any reward that is undeliverable, lost, damaged, or stolen.
